Prior to that she was involved in property in both the 80's and 90's in Bournemouth and then later running another estate agency office in Lyndhurst for five years. Her passion for the area is personal, in particular the changing seasons in the Forest and the fabulous scenery that comes with it. She has particular interest in the Forest's complex history and enjoys the relaxed and friendly nature of the local people.
Steve Smith
Steve joined the office in 2009. He recently gained his Associate qualification from the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. Steve lives in the centre of Lyndhurst and enjoys one of the Forest's most popular activities - Cycling. The Forest offers endless cycle tracks of various skill level from family suitable to experienced cyclists. Steve has excellent local knowledge having grown up in the area and as well as cycling he is a keen footballer and traveller.
Alison Whitehorn
Alison has worked in the property industry for 27 years predominantly in the new build sector. Since joining Stratford and Stratford she is enjoying the diversity that the second hand property market provides. Alison also recently gained her Associate qualification with the Guild of Professional Estate agents. A keen gardener she is lucky enough to be a local allotment holder in Totton (a border town to the New Forest) and enjoys a large family including her young grandchildren.
Jack Stratford
If you visit us in the office you will likely be welcomed by Jack. He likes to exert his warning 'woof' first to establish his 'guard dog' role but then will quickly look to you for some affection! Jack, a well loved black Labrador, has been attending the office for several years and has excellent knowledge of the best dog walks in the Forest. The Forest is home to lots of very friendly dogs who love the endless space to run.
The team are also supported by two administrators who both live locally and have a wealth of local knowledge and contacts.
